LPN or Medical Assistant | Family Health Center Clinic

The CentraCare Family Health Center Clinic (located on the 2nd floor of the Northway Clinic) serves patients in Family Medicine. This is a dynamic teaching clinic with Physician Residents and MDs. The caring, consistent staff serves a diverse patient population in the St. Cloud community. Work in an environment where employees are supported in building their skills. Receive open communication amongst the team and leaders.

Schedule

Full-time | 64-80 hours every two weeks | Onsite at Northway Building
Days | Monday-Friday | 8-10 hour shifts between 7am and 5:30pm
No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Pay and Benefits

$19.66(LPN); $18.62 (CMA/RMA); $17.75 (Medical Assistant) or more per hour, pay determined by experience
$2,500 (LPN); $2,000 (CMA/RMA/MA) hiring bonus for eligible candidates
$5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card

CMA/RMA

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
- Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card

Medical Assistant

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card

To be eligible for the hiring bonus or relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position. Bonuses will only be awarded in cases where the applicant has not worked for CentraCare for at least the past nine months. Relocation bonus must meet distance requirements.
